When filled, the bag is 11x17x7".  More than enough room to carry your emergency medical supplies to an injured person.

1. Returns

• You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

• Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the Unite States. Any shipments outside of the United States are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

• An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
• Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within five business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
• Please note we do not ship on Sundays and Holidays.
